SCAM - FRUGILEE AND NOW AS GRAYSTON TRADING
I ordered for a Smeg Toaster on September 26th and got a confirmation on 27th that my order is been processed.I followed up on my order on 14th October and received a reply on 15th stating the product was damaged during transit and can be refunded or resend.I opted for resend and promised me delivery on the 19th.I have been waiting since and in the meanwhile I followed up on mail and no response.Now when I check the website ..its under maintanece ,the landline doesn't exist neither the cell number.Only then I started doubting and started to check on the net, to find out there are a lot people who have been cheated... :-( I now see a new website Graysontrading.com with the same kind of web design Frugilee had, same kind Pretoria address... Guys be careful..Dont know how we can report them

Don't buy here!
Don't buy from this site, they are running a scam! They give multiple excuses for non delivery: late processed, damaged, deliver to wrong address, delay in retrieving delivery, in that order. When you request a refund there's multiple delays and excuses again: didn't have my banking details so they couldn't fulfill the request, refunds take 3 days. Finally 10 days after the request for refund and 30 days after paying for an order that never came: "they have a backlog off refunds and will let me know when it can be sorted."

Do not buy from this supplier
I ordered and paid for an appliance from Frugilee on 22 September (online purchase), delivery was listed as 24 September (public holiday). I contacted customer support on 23 Sept to enquire about the date, they advised that it would be delivered "on or before 27 September". No delivery occurred. I contacted customer support on 28 Sept, they advised it would be delivered on 30 September between 4 - 5:30 pm. No delivery occurred. I contacted customer support on 29 Sept. They advised that the item was damaged during transit and they would ship another unit by 5 October. I then indicated that I wanted a refund if not delivered by 5 October, they agreed in writing via email. I followed up on 4 October to remind them of the delivery on the 5th, customer support confirmed it would be delivered. No delivery occurred. I contacted customer support on 6 October. They insisted that it was delivered, so I requested a copy of the delivery note. They didn't supply a delivery note, but indicated that it had been delivered to the wrong address on 6 October, and they would ship another item in 48 hours. I then requested the refund that had been offered to which they agreed. They advised refunds were processed at the end of every business day. It is now 12 October and still no refund.

Shopping with pleasure
Im celebrating my anniversary with my wife this weekend and I thought I should get her the one thing she loves the most, Smeg Smeg yes Smeg, So I found the place to order it for a really good price, I got the combo smeg appliance . I got more then enough for the in laws as well, So maybe I will advise her where to get me a gift.
