I requested a trip on the 28/05/23; the driver arrived and his tire burst so I requested another. I have not received the money from the first trips auth hold and Uber support refuses to assist saying it’s FNBSA issue. R395 taken for R189 trip
Ladies PSA: do NOT purchase from this account on Instagram. I ordered a swimsuit on the 28th of September and they said it would take 2 weeks. Almost 3 weeks pass and they don’t say anything. I message them asking why they haven’t told me my order was ready. She asks if I paid for delivery which I didn’t because I made plans to pick it up (within 2 weeks) which fell through because they took long. So I asked if I could just pay for delivery now and get my package and she agreed. Since then they have ignored all my messages, emails and calls. Please do not buy from these people. If you do go to their physical store instead.
