Poor Service

I was interested in making use of Cemlink construction in erecting a unit. I was referred to De Wet Le Roux, I started communication with him early September finding out more on their services & product. I mostly received swift response at the beginning. I then went to visit a site where they were busy with a 1 bedroom unit, De Wet was then not available as he forgot about our appointment however he referred me to him workers on site. De wet then said they are busy with a 2 bedroom unit (the one I was interested in) in Pretoria North and we set up a meeting on site in Pretoria North De Wet confirmed the appointment on the 26th of October for the 4th of November. I then also confirmed the appointment on the day with De Wet. De Wet confirmed the he will send me the address @ 11H14, I then drove from Centurion to Pretoria North to meet with De Wet @ 14h30 as arranged. I tried to phone De Wet 5 times from 14h12 until 15h43. De Wet just did not take any of my call's declining 2 of them while being online on Whatsapp. This is very disappointing service given the fact that I told De Wet that I an taking leave from work to meet with him driving all the way from Centurion just to be ignored. I have waited until today the 8th of November hoping that I will receive a text of a call, yet nothing. I have experienced bad service before but this was the worst, wasting my time and money!!!!!!!!!
