Poor Service
I was towed on December 1, 2022. My car is still with the dealer no response from the insurance. My emails and the dealer's emails are acknowledged but not responded to. It's been too long without a way forward and I had to be without a car. On the other side they kept deducting from an updated bank account thereafter kept sending me emails and texts on an unpaid debit order meanwhile they have deducted and being paid on the new bank account. Im really confused as to why debit both accounts and what about the charges from the previous one.
