I am really not happy with the services I and my IT department has received. I've lost so much money in the fight to get proper assistance. I am trying to work from home and Vuma reach has not been assisting at all. I require access into my router to disable sipalg for my dialer system to work but they are the only ones access and constantly giving me mickey mouse responses when all of my friends using their services are working from work smoothly.. And don't get me started the customer service, the numbers on their site constantly directs you incompetent people and when you tell them your issues, they redirect you to someone else. I have mixed feelings about this company and wouldn't recommend to anyone
