Please save your money. They are so useless. This is now the second time, they don't want to help. But are very quick to phone for monthly donations.
I was assisted by Bernadine Bence and truly received great service. She is professional, friendly and very helpful. Thank you Bernice you made my sign up easy.
I ordered and payed my deposit in June 2019. I had arrangement and did not pay the full 75% deposit. After the deposit the excuses began. In August we got hold af a lady working there, I do believe she my be the owner. She then told me I have to make the full payment for the deposit. I told her this is not the agreement. But if so why did they made other excuses and just didn't say so. She promised me that if a pay the rest I will receive my sofa end August. I made payment on the same day. Then the excuses started again. I warned them, because they do not answer their email, phones or whatsup. I said to them if I did not hear back from them I will post it on Facebook. So I did. They blocked me and sent me a email that they do not want to business with me any longer. And will refund me and want to charge me with loss of company income. But know he wants me to wait 21 days for my refund after I have been waiting from June and after they promised me on email I will have my sofa by end August.
<p>I booked my Galaxy 6 Edge in at East Gate Samsung on the 8th January 2017. The said that their technicians will look at the phone and let me know what the problem is. I got no Response from them. I tried numerous times to phone them, the phone will ring and no one will pick up. On Friday the 13th I got hold of them, I waited for a few minutes for them to find my phone and the lady said that at that same time we are speaking they are looking at my phone and will contact me as soon as they are finished. It is now the 18th and still no response. If you phone them, the phone will just ring and no one will pick up. I stay in Sasolburg and can’t just drive through to go and check on my phone. I can’t believe that your after service is so poor. </p>
