My parcel has been at their warehouse for an entire week. I called and asked to collect it from their office since they keeping it there and not delivering but they refunded for me to fetch it
I bought a watch from them on the 28th on Friday and today is the 1st of April and I still haven’t received my order. They are sending me from pillar to post when I call to ask about my order.

Our WiFi has been offline from 1st Oct until today (it’s 9 days now) 😭 every single day they make us do their lousy troubleshooting and it NEVER works. So today I asked to talk to the supervisor cause I’m so tired of these agents who don’t actually help me and WOW what a DISRESPECTFUL and ARROGANT supervisor by the name of Devi/Defi she was worse than the agents and even raising her voice at me. At first they blamed Metro fibre and unfortunately for them Metro fibre CCs me in the email and responded to them and said they don’t have any connection issue, so the problem is not with them. To cut the long story short, I’m still without any internet and my query is still unresolved 💔that time I work from home so internet is #1 priority. Matter of fact, they are telling me to wait 24-48 hours , how am I supposed to wait 24-48 hours for a problem I’ve been calling them EVERY SINGLE DAY from the 1st Oct. I’m really not willing to wait 24-48 hours when I’ve been so patient with them calling everyday complaining about the same thing. If I could give them a rating lower than 1 I’d definitely do so. All I really want is my internet restored so that I can work, but they don’t seem to care about their customers.
I wish I could give virgin Active a zero cause even a 1 is too good. I mean this company allows someone to create an account with my details, I mean how do you do that? Now that this person has failed to pay, they are calling me telling me about an account I have with them, yet they are FULLY aware that the account wasn't opened by me . Is this a company or a money scheme? And don't you require a person's ID when opening an account? How do you let someone open an account with someone's details?
