Horrible service from Apcan!

I am disgusted with the service!!! I've got several complaints .. 1 - When you send a panic or the alarm goes off, they take 20+ minutes to call and sometimes they don't even call. 2 - The agents are RUDE!! Someone called me for a alarm activation and when I answered, they were laughing and making jokes on the other side, after my third time saying HALLO she asked if everything is in order - didn't tell me who I'm speaking to so when I asked the said she can't hear me and that she'll call back and she never did. 3 - When requesting a call out - the guard doesn't get out of his car to check the premises, they just drive by .. sometimes they don't even come out when requested. 4 - Last night my panic went off due to loadshedding and I was called by an agent (12 minutes after the panic signal was sent) and when I spoke to him I requested a call out vehicle to guard my house as I was all alone at home and I was scared seeing that I've experienced attempted highjack in front of my house and my alarm didn't work due to low battery and obviously my electric fence was not working either so the agent said he dispatched a car .. after 45 minutes I had to call back again since the car never came out. When I called a lady answered after I waited on the line for a long time - also VERY RUDE - when I explained to her that I was feeling unsafe and would like to request a car as I can hear people outside my yard she said that she CAN'T dispatch a vehicle to stay outside my premises as they've got more important call outs due to loadshedding but she will dispatch a vehicle to come see if everything is in order. After 1 hour the power came back on - NOBODY WAS SENT TO MY HOUSE AND THERE WAS 2 GUYS BUSY STEALING CABLES IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE!!! This is the WORST service ever!!!
