I bought the food on 30/9/2024. The pellets have white spots all over it. I informed the marketing division on 7/10/2024. I send pictures of the specific batch it was bought from at Pick and Pay Faerie Glen Pretoria. I received a reply on 9/10/2024 requesting my address to deliver a replacement bag. I rep**** on 9/10/2024. I followed up again in November. No response received at all. Why should we as consumers just let such an issue pass. I have been patient but this is not the way to do business.
