Poor Services
New installation. Debt order from Mitsol side was implemented or deducted. I made immediate payment. Services was suspended. It is weekend. No one to assist me. I have guest in my Unit. Unacceptable. I getting bad reviews.

Debit my account with out permission
Cartrack still have not resolve my query. Still calling me every day more then 3 times Kind Regards Martie Du Plessis

Cancelation of tracker / Debit my account with out permission.
Cancelation of Contract. No contract can be provided. I have stop the Cartrack due to financial distress. Getting 5 to 10 calls a day from them and attorneys. When the vehicle was purchases they told me it is a pay as go. They did use a Debit order to deduct R2000 from my account without permission. Did give them notice. Tracker did assist us without any problems.
