have to be honest, I'm super disappointed.... I booked for a full head foil, tone, cut and blow and an added treatment with Melissa for 9:30 on the 8th November 2025. She is super friendly and a great chat bit honestly not worth the money I spent... Firstly she over booked herself so she was seeing 4 different clients at once... I specifically asked to do root touch up, full head toner (to remove all yellow from my hair) and then dust trim my dead ends... She spent 2 hours putting foils in (because I had to wait whilst she did others hair) then my hair drew for another hour. After that she apparently toned and "treated". She started blowing my hair dry and I asked why because she hadn't toned yet, she rep**** that she only toned the roots and slightly pulled the toner through the rest of my hair at the end... My hair almost looked more yellow walking out of the salon than it did going in... My roots are still very much visible and she didn't actually bother with the treatment because when I went to pay I noticed it wasn't even added to the bill... It's such a shame we have to keep learning the hard way... I'll never return.
Fgro contacted me to move my insurance over to them and were quite convincing over the phone so i agreed. When i contacted my insurer they offered me a better deal so i sent Fgro a cancelation mail as i had decided to stay with my original insurer... But Fgro went and deducted the premium 2 weeks after my cancelation mail anyway... So i contacted them and asked them to refund my money since they weren't authorized to take it... Ever since then i have struggled to get my money back from them... Every time i ask them when the money will be returned to me they say 4-7 days but then after 7 days they still haven't returned ot... I had to phone 3 time now to get my money bavk and they still not paying me back... Then when i try ask for a manager they never available... I am this close to opening a lawsuit of ***** against them..
I purchased a lawn mower combo online, the delivery date on my tracking page said 26 October, so I waited... It did not arrive. I contacted customer care and they were also no help because they struggle to get hold of the store... So I drove to the store on the 8th November to see why my order is taking so long... They struggled to give me an answer... Later they came back and said it might arrive on the 12th November, still nothing has come... No matter what I do and how many times I speak to Builders, noting happens. Have been trying for 3 weeks now, they are non/little responsive and it seems like I will never get the items paid for delivered. So I don't recommend online shopping with builders because they are stealing money and wasting your time...
