Great service from Sboniso Faya. He was excellent in providing me with all the details for my warranty and guarantee. As well answered all my questions. I placed my order late Sunday, and first thing Monday morning he called to confirm my delivery. Outstanding service. I had more help ordering online then visiting 3 order in store mattress retailers.
Terrible service. My order had missing items which i was not warned about until the day of delivery, with additional item also missing which was not mentioned. I responded to their email which said i could either have a refund or a voucher, and if refund i must attach my banking details. which is what i did. i got no response. i phoned the number on their facebook, which rings until the very last second until it is answered. the person who answers does not even know what they are doing. i have to tell them how to do their job, this is how the conversation went: Me: hello, i had items missing them: okay... Me: can i give you my order number? them: okay.... Me: can i tell you what was missing? them: okay... Me: these are the items missing ..... them: no, that cannot be. Well it is??? I then asked for the refund, and was told no problem she will do it. a few days later i called again and said i did not receive the refund as yet. The phone was then given to Karolina who apologized and said she will do it right away. i told her i emailed my bank details a few days ago. she says no worries she can do it quickly since the payment was done through payfast. And that she would respond to mail as proof on paper. i never got an email. i decided to be a bit patient and waited 2 days before i tried again. the first lady i interacted with answers. again she is rude, and cannot help me. she just says okay she'll do it. nothing once again. since then i have been trying to get ahold of them. i think they have blocked my cell number as it no longer rings and just cuts off. today i whatsapped them and as well my message was read with no response, i did not what to give a bad review, but now i feel like i have been left with no choice, as everytime i phone and ask to speak to Karolina, she is never around, so Karolina, please give me my refund, this is daylight robbery. immoral and unethical.
