I am grossly disappointed at MiWay. I have been with them for 11 years and the service has been alright up until the 6th April 2025, when I was involved in a car accident. My car was not driveable, but it was towed after 48 hours, with no valid explanation. It was towed after we persuaded them. Secondly, they have not provided us with a claim number, 3 days later. The car is parked at a repair centre. The nonchalant attitude that I have received at MiWay is nothing short of incompetence and complete disregard for myself as a client. I am most definitely going to pull out as a client after this ordeal. I am sorely aggrieved.
I am disappointed that as a dedicated Healthcare service provider, Sizwe has failed to compensate me accordingly. I have dedicated myself to assisting their client with absolute diligence, dedication and professional. The client is still under my care in the intensive care unit. Sizwe has not paid me yet and they refuse to pay for the appropriate tariff codes.
I did not receive my book. I am disappointed because I was looking forward to reading it. Furthermore, I was not reimbursed. That is just a criminal offense.
They gave me comprehensive cover at a low rate and Mr Thabani made sure to follow up. I am so pleased.
