Excellent service from Leandra Real Estate
It is the second time we used Leandra Real Estate to find a tenant for our home in Roodekrans. Their service is fast and efficient. In both cases tenants were found in a short time. Tenants were interviewed by Leandra and their rental history was confirmed. The financial information of the tenant was checked in order to establish whether the tenant will be able to afford the rental. I can recommend Leandra Real Estate to anyone looking for a tenant for their property.

Peppertree Restaurant
My wife and I together with two friends visited Peppertree Restaurant. It is located in Erasmuskloof, Pretoria. It is a spacious modern restaurant with ample parking. We were met by JP who was our waiter for the evening. I was impressed by JP's knowledge of the many dishes on the menue. JP also communicate in both English and Afrikaans with the guests. The food was absolutely delicious. The Greek sala, Pizza, Grilled Hake and Pasta were all prepared perfectly. During the meal a tall very friendly lady enquired whether we were well looked after. She came round a second time to ask whether we enjoyed the food. I think the name of the lady was Kain. We all ended up have Waffles with berry sauce for dessert. It was delicious. The venue and food is excellent and the staff like JP and Karin are an assets to any business.

Excellent Real Estate agency
We own a house in Roodekrans, Roodepoort but we live in Reitz, Eastern Freestate. We have rented out our house in Roodekrans for 10 years with varying quality of tenants. One year ago our tenant gave notice to vacate our house. We had to rely on a Real Estate agency to find a tenant, negotiate the rental amount and prepare the rental agreement. Leandra Real Estate was recommended to us and we decided to use them. That was the best decision we could have made!! During our first meeting it became clear that we are dealing with a professional company. Our house was inspected for any potential repairs that had to be done. A monthly rental amount was recommended to us and photos were taken of every room as proof that all is in order. The tenants who were recommended to us were thoroughly checked and are the best tenants we have ever had. Inspections of our home are done every three months and photos are taken and sent to us. Any repairs are handled by persons recommended by Leandra Real Estate. They also confirm with the tenant that the work has been done to their satisfaction. Fedhealth Medical Scheme
Between July and September 2021 I spent 4 weeks in hospital. Permission by Fedhealth to be admitted for treatment went smoothly. I incurrent very high cost due my illness and the amount I had to contribute in addition to what Fedhealth paid was minimal. I have been a member of the Fedhealth Medical Scheme for a number of years and until now I have had no reason to complain about their service or benefits.
