I checked in the 25th March 2025, the place is clean and quiet but the service is very poor. I waited more than 2 hours @ the reception. They put someone who does not know the job, she was frustrated and the food 👎🏽I don't understand why they are rated four star???I got 3 wings for dinner + sweet potato which I don't think they even worth R100, breakfast was better though you can see that they just improvise they actually don't have food. You can't buy R100 wors & expect guest to just get pieces. I don't wish for any person to be frustrated like I was, I think is better to book accommodation & buy your own food from the restaurants close. There are mosquitos but they don't buy repellent/sprays for their guests. I guess If they can improve their service, they will have more guests
I was called by Johanna she promised me that they will assist me with distribution of my debts but to my suprise they are not paying the creditors and these ladies are full of lies, when I asked Johanna about the clause which says" the client will pay upfront restructuring fee equal to first month distribution" she said she does not know anything about it and transferred me to Pertunia who said I must not worry they will only deduct R685 you wont believe when I say last month they deducted my money without paying the creditors when i ask the lady that i spoke to she told me that the 1st deduction is theirs. Fellow South Africans please be careful of these type of vulture...they are hungry for our hard earned money instead of helping us they destroy us even more.
