This company is a scam! I paid in full at their store on 12 December 2021 they have no delivered my couches,keep feeding me a bunch of lies if you look at their Facebook page you will see that they have done this to so many people who have actually opened up numerous cases with their banks and the police!!! Refund my money immediately!!! I am also in the process of reporting them to the relevant authorities and will that they do no get away with this!!! Absolutely disgusted I have also notified the consumer protection ombudsman!
This was one of the worst experiences of my life I had to encounter with a store as big as the game gateway branch. I had called in to enquire about a promotion on their pamphlet for November black Friday deals . I was told that there was no stock and I questioned how do they advise for a product and not have stock? I was then told that they would get stock the following week and that they will contact me in the afternoon with a reference that I could use when I go to store to purchase when stock was available and that I was speaking to the manger Noxy . I was never contacted and I gave them 2 days but still no response ,I tried to contact them on many occasions but to no avail,the phone just rings . After days if trying I finally get through to them ,I was told they have no idea what I'm talking about and a lady by the name of noxy did work there but was off on the day I called and was told by her she thinks someone used her name.she told me she will investigate and call me back but she did not. I also lodged a complaint at their customer service call center and the lady was supposed to get back to me but didn't tho she was very pleasant and helpful and assured me I would receive feedback but didn't. I then further tried to contact game stores at gateway again only to be told Noxy isn't in at which point I was extremely furious and asked for the manager to call me I left my number and shortly after I was contacted by a gentleman who referred to himself as the manager and whoes other particulars are unknown . I explained the situation to him but he failed to reason ,he kept saying the promotion is now over as if I didn't know that ,that was the reason I was waiting for the call for stock availability and my reference so I would be able to purchase at the promotional price. Again he failed to understand the situation and said that nothing further can be done,I said would then go into the store but I work 7 days a week so I was unable to attend to the store to take the Matter up further. I have proof of various emails sent to which I have had not a single reply to date. I will never purchase at the game gateway branch again and question if I would shop at any of their other branches. Their customer service is absolutely poor, their phone continuosly rings to no avail. It was absolutely wrong and/or unlawful and/or unethical to advertise for goods not in their possession and waste their customer time. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing!!!!
Absolute bad experience with mobicred! They do not return calls or emails I have instructed them to cancel my agreement immediately but they have no responded despite several requests. I have also not authorised my debit order but my bank sent a notification it was loaded! I do not want any services from then their lock of customer service and efficiency is absolutely distasteful.
