Good morning, I AM FURIOUS!!! On Friday I called the bank to find out whether a message I received from the bank was authentic. It was confirmed by your fraud division that the message was in fact in order. THEY DECIDED TO BLOCK MY CARD, MY ONLINE BANKING and everything else. I did not ASK for this, it was simply done by one of your staff and it is causing a huge inconvenience in my life. I was not told that this would be done. I went to the vet on Saturday to get food and meds for my dog. My card was declined. I WAS VERY EMBARRASSED!!! On Sunday I called the fraud division again to ask them to unblock my account. I was told that they can’t help me because I need to be "verified" and I must go INTO THE BRANCH to sort this out. I DON’T DRIVE. Now I need to inconvenience someone else to take me to the bank to fix the problem that was caused by YOUR staff. Am I upset??? ABSOLUTELY! I want this block lifted immediately!!! It is the 4th of the month and I can’t pay my accounts. SORT IT OUT FROM YOUR SIDE, I CAN’T GET TO THE BANK. I want this done by 12pm today!!!! ****** pathetic!
I unfortunately had 2 accidents in a month due to a damaged nerve in my ear which affected my balance. I was very upset. I immediately requested the AA to take my car to Scratch Wizards in Republic Road, Fonteinebleau, Randburg. WHAT AN AMAZING JOB THEY DID WITH MY CAR!!! My baby looks like new. Thank you Donnie and your team for a job well done. Excellent workmanship and well priced too. Keep up with the good work.
