I have wasted more than a day trying to get through to MWeb to assit me with reconnecting at my new address. I have spent more than a R100 on airtime just sitting in a queue. I have completed their online address change request weeks ago, and they never reached out to me. It has only ever been one sided - client to service provider, never service provider to client. MWeb has no regard for other's time. All they need to do is send out a technician. Not even theirs. Openserve's. Openserve has been so much more helpful, but their hands are tied until MWeb gives them the order. During one of my calls I have informed MWeb that I only have one day off to get connected. They gave me confirmation that they will have me connected on that day. I am really deeply dissapointed
I am new to Oneplan, and my experience so far has been good. Tshegofatso Matlakala helped me with updating the delivery address of my Onecard on very short notice.
Purchasing a ring could not be more convenient and hassle free. As every engaged or married gent might have experienced, there is a lot that goes into selecting the perfect ring. Cape Diamond's website is intuitive and guides the user through a variety of rings, diamonds and combinations. A quote can be requested directly from the site. From my personal experience, Cape Diamonds responds fairly quickly and you'll receive a quote within days. I was assited by Olivia, and she has been an invaluable support with the whole process of buying a ring. Mind you, I have never been to their store as they are in Cape Town and I am from Pretoria. All of my correspondence was via email, and every question or concern was a professionaly answered and adressed. I am a excellent example. I have received the engagement ring missing a pave stone and Cape Diamonds have not only replaced the stone, but at no additional cost. All within two weeks. After 50+ emails, I have been delighfully engaged and now have a very satisfied fiance and I am readily equiped with a wedding band as well for the wedding day. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy a ring.

Your internet is unstable and it is making me UNSTABLE !!! I've been struggling with you guys for weeks now. You just close tickets, you don't reply on my queries, you haven't solved my problem nor can you provide a solution. You are just waiting it out whilst and happily taking my cash.
STOP THROTTLING ME! I KNOW THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE DOING! The only reason I'm using your ****ty service is because we don't have fiber installed in our area, else I'd be gone
