I have only received bad experiences from this company, I was sent money and when I went to collect the money I was told to bring proof of address which I did ,and was told to bring a proof of residence that's in my name ,I told them I don't have one that's I'm my name because I'm only a visitor in south africa, was told to ask my landlord to do an affidavit for me but the problem is that my landlord relocated so I asked the person that sent me the money to change the receiver details to my brothers name so he can fetch it for me since he does have proof of residency that's in his name ,guess what he has already went to mukuru branch 2 times and he's being told the system hasn't updated the details yet (from my name to his name) but when you ask mukuru they say the system updates instantly, we were told that the sender needs to call Mukuru and change te details, he's been trying to call for the past 6 hrs and tge phones aren't being answered...I don't know what to do any more, this is so frustrating, please avoid using Mukuru if you can
Worst service ever ,you can only book flights and pay them but there's no refund even if the flight was cancelled due to covid ,please avoid these scammers ! They don't have any emails for you to contact them ,you only chat with a robot in all their social media platforms, absolute garbage!
Was in Cambridge foods today and received the worst service ever ,first time having someone being xenophobic towards us ,(me and my aunt ) we are from Zimbabwe,,,,we went to buy groceries with our stokvel money that we kept in Cambridge, so we had to produce our passports ,the supervisor looked at us nasty and gave us an attitude and mumbled *these people with passport irritate me* I'm still shocked ! Going to close the account soon as I use all the money in the Cambridge account, Terrible service
