Four weeks ago I made an order on Pick n pay asap. They were not able to deliver so I cancelled the order. I was told to wait 10 business days for a refund. 20 business days later I am still waiting. They don’t respond to emails, twitter DMs and it’s impossible to get through to their call centre. They have the most inefficient customer service
Went for lunch on Saturday the place seemed busy. Sat for about 30minutes and no waiter came over to take my order. I tried to flag them but they seemed busy even the bartender seemed busy. A couple of gentlemen walked in after me and the waiters I tried to flag immediately rushed to hand them menus and take their order. I was abit shocked then I read the room. My skin colour was different from theirs. Cut my losses and left
