I went to the Billabong shop at Menlyn today, the 23rd of November, around 14:00pm. My friend and i asked the sales lady if she would mind putting something we ended up not buying back since we asked for their assistance to get it. The items were placed in the store where we needed a ladder to get it. The sales lady then said that we got it, therefore, it is our problem and our job to put it back. She then made fun of the sizes of the items we bought. She was incredibly rude, and made it a bad experience supporting the brand. I have never experienced a sales lady treating paying customer this badly, it is unacceptable.
