billabong-southafrica.co.za is a complete ****. It alleges that its an online factory store in South Africa, but it ships clothing from another country. I had many issues, including the fact that I haven't received my order and probably wont ever receive it. Only after paying for my purchase did I realize that my parcel was being shipped from another country. Then, I hadn't received a tracking number, so I emailed the customer care email provided. I'll just go ahead and include that as well here (service@tobeno1shop.com). This person stated that my parcel had been sent out and only then did he/she send me my tracking information. After a long wait, 26 days later, I checked my status (4/4/2024) at around 8am. I had claimed that my parcel had been delivered and signed for at 10:20am on the 4/4/2024........sure buddy. I have emailed @service@tobeno1shop.com twice now with no response, and I would be shocked if I receive on. Do not, I repeat, do not make the same mistake as I did.

Billabong Ts Poor Quality
Billabong T-shirts bought April 2023 have already got small holes in them. They were obvioudly not worn much in cold weather so this type of excessive wear in a short period is unacceptable. Sales Lady at Billabong Menlyn incredibly rude
I went to the Billabong shop at Menlyn today, the 23rd of November, around 14:00pm. My friend and i asked the sales lady if she would mind putting something we ended up not buying back since we asked for their assistance to get it. The items were placed in the store where we needed a ladder to get it. The sales lady then said that we got it, therefore, it is our problem and our job to put it back. She then made fun of the sizes of the items we bought. She was incredibly rude, and made it a bad experience supporting the brand. I have never experienced a sales lady treating paying customer this badly, it is unacceptable.

Never looked like he was just doing what he was hired to do ___NOT JUST OH, NEXT CUSTOMER 4). Knew my type of persona, that was "Hate's doing clothes shopping" and automatically became a dynamic adapter to make shop adaptable for IDIOT's like me ___NOT LIKE MILKING A COW, But to ensure all options were s**** fed so I could just select on the walk 5). Now have a shop I can go back to wishfully to do clothes shopping regularly. 1st time in my life I want to shop for clothes, and that is only at BILLABONG SHOP. Wishing no matter which shop I visit in the franchise, that I still find more MPUMI's, NOTE ethos / integrity assistant types Summary: Before -Basically only ever shopping for clothes when I had no other options, forced to act upon After -Have now put the shop into my routine of businesses I visit, "well I am here, let's get some BILLABONG updates too"
