When you are not happy with his service Justin resorts to Gaslighting. He resorts to asking you over and over if your mind is ok. As the client he told me to go on antidepressants and asked me "What is wrong with your silly mind". This is young bully that is totally out of his depth in a service industry. He made up his own terms as the day progressed and ended up dumping the last load in my garage instead of carrying into the house. He went skydiving while his inexperienced staff did the work... noted when they wanted to carry the fridge upside down up the stairs. I came on Hello Peter to see if I was the only one... and as expected I am one of many.
