I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman by the name of Franco Wild. He was on time for our meeting and very professional. He gave me a very fair price for the vehicle I wanted to sell. I am glad I used Weelee for this transaction and will definitely use them in the future and recommend them. Five/Five stars all the way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Advertised my vehicle online and was contacted by Mit Mak Motors on the following day. A Gentleman by the name of Gys Meyer contacted me to arrange viewing of my car. He was there on time at my home, evaluated my car in a short space of time and offered me an excellent price on my Mercedes C250 Coupe. I obviously accepted the offer and arrangements was made to pick up said vehicle on the following day. Payment was done and I handed the keys over to the allocated driver. This was a seamless transaction and service with a smile. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! Thank you Gys
Client service and gratification is definitely not a priority to the people who run this establishment, I wish I never put my foot into this hopeless place. This started out as a promising purchase to the value of over R10000.00 as they had stock of all the items I wanted, available immediately, however parts to half of this value, suppled and fitted to the vehicle in question is rubbish. Also loads of stories as to how long and when I should come to fit these items as they do not take responsibility of the parts purchased and paid for in full left on their premises, at the same time the owner could not guarantee that they would hold on to the items for me until I could make time to have them fitted onto the vehicle within the coming week. Makes no sense to me as the customer, do you not trust yourselves or do you just not give a **** about your customers?, this should have been the warning sign to leave everything and walk out. Purchased a full body kit for one of my BMW’s, the Boot spoiler and Rear bumper diffusor supplied and installed, did not fit the car as promised, this was brought to the owners attention on the very next day. They were given numerous opportunities to rectify this mistake however they failed to meet their obligation, also told me that the cost of any replacement would be for my account as the items had already been installed on the car. I fail to understand how one would even attempt to supply and install something, knowing that it does not fit the car it is intended for, do you guys not feel any shame at all? I am just going to assume that you are used to taking advantage of those who do not know any better, surely you as the supplier who sells these items on a daily basis, must know the accuracy of fitment and suitability of the products you supply? I asked on numerous occasions during this transaction if the items would fit a 100% to the car, the answer was always YES. The rear diffuser which was installed looks like a kitchen sink with all of the silicone used to hold it in place, words from my wife who does not know much about cars, also the fact that after less than 3 weeks, the gloss black finish started peeling off this item, keeping in mind that the car was parked in the garage for majority of the time. My advice to anyone who wants to purchase from this unethical establishment, please reconsider as no ownership will be taken when parts are incorrectly supplied or are defective. In the past 23 years I have used Racetech Trichardt for all of my alternate OEM automotive requirements with no comebacks or regrets, their service far surpasses this amateur establishment, please stay away from MC Motorsport to avoid disappointment, this was my experience!!!

Standard offering, very much the same as if you are dealing directly with an OEM Dealership, which I have only used in the past. Mit-mak motors is out there to sell cars and that is what they want to do. They are fast to respond to online enquires and are enthusiastic to get you into the vehicle you are interested in. Just now at the beginning of September 2021, they offered me one of the highest trade ins on my vehicle and was willing to deliver to Secunda Mpumalanga, also got me one of the best interest rates. However I did not conclude the deal, as the vehicle I wanted to purchase had aftermarket modifications, which was only brought to my attention the day before delivery, when I went to view the vehicle at 590 Gerrit Maritz Rd. That aside, all vehicles on the showroom floor are in impeccable condition. This could of been a five star rating if I had full disclosure on the vehicle I wanted to purchase from the beginning.
To Lucky Matutu. Reported my incident to the call Centre on Thursday morning the 18/11/2021. He contacted me early on Friday morning the 19/11/2021 within less than 24 hours. Validated my claim and provided feedback within two working days from first contact and answered my questions pertaining to my claim. 24/11/2021, awaiting the Claims Service Consultant to contact me to advise further.
