We were looking for paper samples for business cards. We visited two printers. The first printer sat with us reviewing samples, making recommendations, answering questions and helping us decide on the best paper choice. At Hot Ink, we asked to see some samples and were handed two business cards. We then asked to see more paper options and the staff handed us a sample book and left the desk. Any questions we had went unanswered as the staff member had disappeared. The two experiences were like night and day and we will be using the services of the first printer who took the time and invested in customer service. I hope Hot Ink can improve!
