**Warning! ************* Practices – Stay Away from Hot Tools**
I had a terrible experience with Hot Tools. They were extremely dishonest, constantly asking for deposits, and even restricting my account, which had over R195,000. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mrs. Faina, who took my case seriously. She helped restore my account, and I was able to withdraw everything. I’m now completely done with Hot Tools and would advise others to stay away from them. Useless quoting customer service
Sullen quoting staff who honestly don't give a ****! Agree - sorely lacking customer service as per another review. State that they don't offer discounts on bulk orders, when the website says they do, and to contact the quote department! Complete apathy and disinterest.

Customer Service Sorely Lacking
We were looking for paper samples for business cards. We visited two printers. The first printer sat with us reviewing samples, making recommendations, answering questions and helping us decide on the best paper choice. At Hot Ink, we asked to see some samples and were handed two business cards. We then asked to see more paper options and the staff handed us a sample book and left the desk. Any questions we had went unanswered as the staff member had disappeared. The two experiences were like night and day and we will be using the services of the first printer who took the time and invested in customer service. I hope Hot Ink can improve!

Highly Recommend using Hot Ink
I would just like to compliment the entire team at Hot Ink in Cape Town, particularly Angelique for always being so professional, accommodating and fast in completing whatever task they're handed.<br> <br> I also got a chance to meet one of the co-founders, Nick, and he was just as friendly and knowledgeable as his staff. A very hands-on leader if ever I met one.<br> <br> I highly recommend using Hot Ink whenever you need to get your printing done as a business or as an individual. The pricing is great. The service is great. The people are even better.<br> <br> What more could any customer ask for?
