Useless quoting customer service
Sullen quoting staff who honestly don't give a ****! Agree - sorely lacking customer service as per another review. State that they don't offer discounts on bulk orders, when the website says they do, and to contact the quote department! Complete apathy and disinterest.

Elizabeth Boots **** SA COMPANY **** PRODUCT FALSE ADVERTISING
As previous complaints have stated, this is a **** online shop with a **** product and is false advertising. DO NOT GO THERE. They do not provide a telephone number. They ship from China so it is not a SA company. They advertise orthopaedic shoes as ""Premium & Soft Uni*** Leather Boots". You will wait for weeks and the product is cheap plastic. They also constantly state on their site that there is a shoe sale. In their refunds policy they do not refund sale items. The non-sale price is fixed higher than the value of the shoes. You are actually paying for the courier from China. They offered another pair of shoes for free - if I pay for shipping and handling! If the same thing has happened to you, please report to the consumer rights commission at complaints@thencc.org.za.

Renault Motus Tokai SUCKS
Every time I take my car for a service it's a nightmare to get it back - no-one answers the main phone line and no-one answers email. It's an hour to closing and I don't know the cost of the service, condition or status of the vehicle. They are quite happy to have a salesman phone and ask if I want to upgrade my car though. It's a sausage machine that is constantly frantic and badly managed. Go somewhere else.

Travelstart nightmare
Travelstart has been an absolute nightmare for me. I find it incredibly suspicious that you cannot phone them and speak to an agent to change your booking, if there are any complexities at all things fall apart. Have a look at the thread on Tripadvisor too ("I would not recommend Travelstart to anyone - 6 year old thread and growing"). I also see that they are not part of ASATA (Association Of Southern African Travel Agents) and departed under shameful conditions. I booked a return flight between Cape Town and George that I wanted to reroute to Cape Town - Durban return. They quoted me ZAR5077.39!!! Much more than it would be to buy a new ticket - and via another airport - it was with Airlink so totally unnecessary. Absolutely crazy. And the nightmare I have had trying to speak to them to simply rebook for a reasonable cost has been insane. I have had promises of calls within 24 hours and no call or reply email either. And this is from Feedback@travelstart. BEWARE. DO NOT USE TRAVELSTART.
