False promises
I really dont like the service the are offering at their bail collection/cash office its been two months now wanting to be called to just to collect a R1000 which their receive bail money everyday.

Poor services
Fnb is really a problem i have signed an payment reversal form on the 5th of dec and sent it to fnb the very same day. they even call the person which their have to reverse the money from and he said yes the can reverse the money. Fnb said the will reverse the money on Tuesday 14th dec but i haven't received the funds in my account till day. I have been calling fnb i dont get a straight answer. This is not fair cause i really need the money

Poor services
Had i really bad day coz had to spend my whole day in the branch and calling my bf has an birth certificate he has a problem with getting an ID so he uswd his id number to open an zero account not knowing that he has to verify his details with an id at the branch. He though the easy zero is still the same thing as an Ewallet now the is funds in that easy zero account but cant get them . They wont allow him to close the account just a simple thing close the account and go back to Ewallet so he can get his money. He cant apply for an id coz his parent's die well he was still young.
