Fareshoes
Purchased "orthopedic" shoes online. Waited 2 weeks, and received cheap looking plastic soled and uncomfortable pair of shoes which could not be worth a fraction of the cost paid If I want refund I must ship the shoes to China at my cost.

Universal Roofing "Guarantee"
I had my roof fully waterproofed in 2020 by Universal Roofing at substantial cost, and received a 3 year warranty. ONE year later I had a drip in one room and reported it. I received an email that Pretoria branch has closed, but Jhb branch will do inspection at cost of R1500 + VAT if drip not directly attributable to work done. How am I to know if drip is directly attributable to their work or some other cause ? That inspection fee does not address fixing problem if not under "guarantee". I am a FORMER client, with a "guarantee" that is essentially worthless.
