Fraudsters Mr Price staff.
Gift Card fraud. Logged 5 calls on Mr Price fraud line and went in store at Kolonnade mall yesterday. Card with slip was with the person we gifted it to. Who is in Capetown. Yet, the money was used in a Pretoria township (Matabela Plaza) Mr Price. And your fraud line interogates us like the customer is the thieves while it was their cashier who supplied the gift card. How can a purchase be made with no card or slip. And now we pay R500.00 and we gifted them R7.00. PATHETIC. DON'T TELL US YOU WILL CALL COZ YOU WON'T. USELESS. BEYOND USELESS.
