I was holding on the line to speak to an agent for almost 25 minutes. When I finally got to an agent named Karabo that refused to give his surname. He was arrogant and hung the phone up seeing that I am at the wrong department. And that I shouldn't waste his time. I WILL NOT do any type of business with standard bank again. Thanks to Karabo's lack of customer service
Asia house Wingtip. The order took 45 minutes before they even started processing my order. And... They had it wrong. This is absolute shocking as my order was very simple!
