Poor aftermarket service

After a month of calling and emailing to try and figure out why our pool wouldn't get over 24deg (regardless of the outdoor temperature), we received a very rude phone call saying that the weather in Johannesburg this year simply wouldn't heat the pool. I was told that if I don't believe him, I am more than welcome to go to his house and feel the temperature of his pool because he has the same issue. So, regardless of long delays in returning emails/calls, rude customer service and the general lack of wanting to help, don't buy from Xtreme Solar because in their words, their products don't work with Johannesburg weather.
