Refused to repair and called me an Indian Trash
The worst company to ever deal with the owner is a racist just swear at me an called me an Indian trash and KOOLIE. Installed there panels with a 10 year guarantee now leaking will not fulfil the obligation

Poor aftermarket service
After a month of calling and emailing to try and figure out why our pool wouldn't get over 24deg (regardless of the outdoor temperature), we received a very rude phone call saying that the weather in Johannesburg this year simply wouldn't heat the pool. I was told that if I don't believe him, I am more than welcome to go to his house and feel the temperature of his pool because he has the same issue. So, regardless of long delays in returning emails/calls, rude customer service and the general lack of wanting to help, don't buy from Xtreme Solar because in their words, their products don't work with Johannesburg weather.

Poor aftermarket service

Bad after service
Xtreme solar was very professional with their swimming pool panel installation, but they do not honor their guarantee, finding all kinds of excuses why the pipes has holes in it and the joints that broke. Their guarantee stipulates that frost will not be a problem yet they blame frost for damage. Then they also say the connectors are not guaranteed as they are not manufactured by them. Please think twice before using them, your 10 year guarantee not warantee means nothing.

Water savings
We had the bubble cover fitted last month, the water savings from sun and wind evaporation are now very evident. We will easily save 3000 to 5000 litres of water per month. We had there solar panels fitted some 7 years ago and they are still going strong. Keep up the good work, once again delighted with your service levels.

Fast, neat and tidy service
Happy to report our solar panels were fitted within 6 hours, considering the pool pump was 8m from the house. We received good service from all the staff.

A+ Service
On Tuesday evening a large tree branch broke off and fell on our roof, resulting in roof and solar panel damages. Xtreme solar responded promptly to assist with the repair of the solar piping. A+ service !
