Answered all our questions regarding purchasing a house. Was so nice dealing with them as first-time purchases. They sent regular updates and we never had to stress about anything admin related
We just bought a house and prepping for the move we dealt with a salesperson who said that they would handle the cancellation and new contract. He advised us to wait and see the deals for Black Friday and then on the day said that he would not be able to assist as we are current customers. We are now sitting in a new house without wifi and the only option is to cancel the old one and give 30 day notice and pay for a full month and then also pay for a full month in the new house so essentially paying twice. Customer Service was very nice about this and said we could talk to Billing to possibly sort this out. The first lady I spoke to at billing was willing to assist and then the line dropped. The second person at billing (Jennifer) redirected me to the debt department as soon as I was done talking and said that there is nothing else she could do... Just an overall bad experience and we really wanted to stay with Vox as the actual wifi service was amazing for the 2 years we had it.
