I am completely blown away by this exceptional CUSTOMER CENTRIC SERVICE provided by Anneley Jones - Claims Consultant. I recently had the is misfortune of 2 lightning strikes in JHB which took out my decoders, modem, intercom and also a car claim for repairs. Needless to say life came to a standstill in our house (The world was ending!!!) until I contacted Momentum to lodge a claim from that moment on I was blown away by the service provided by Anneley, I received documents and she followed up regularly and within 5 days we were up and running, all systems replaced. Since booking my car into the repair shop, I have not had to deal with them at all, again all follow up and updates completely done by Anneley. I can carry on doing my job and the things that matter to me.
