Exquisite jewellery
I have just received my " leaf band " ring from Botanica .What an exquisite piece of jewellery. I also received a friendly letter ,included in the package. What a delightful experience to do business with such a company . The real leaf band is even more beautiful than the picture. Thank you,Botanica

Shocking service
What a shocking experience .I bought an online gift card which was not delivered on the day.I phoned 4 times and was put on hold and cut off.I phoned head office and the manager had a voice note to leave a message.My e mails have not been answered I shall battle to get my money back What disappointment .I thought this was a good establishment

Splendid coffee
I ordered coffee beans from African Roasters and have tried the House blend. What a splendid flavour, smooth and full of aroma. I shall definitely be ordering again. Cannot wait to try the Jabulani

Incompetence
Always such a feeling of dread when heading to Home Affairs, Akasia. Today the cashier got the payment wrong and had the audacity to tell me to go and get a new queue number ...like number 776!!!! Hours wasted due to incompetence

Bad service
Bought a Dell XPS and was assured that the warranty would be valid in Ireland. The laptop crashed after 2 months in use.Battle with Dell Tech support communication The Computer mania salesmen promised to assist from this side.Never heard a word feedback .Repair cost 512 Euros.
