This company is just a joke to the nation and since its a government entity it represents government companies in a very bad way. 1. Poor communication. 2. Taking pple for granted 3. It doesnt care who they hurting in their slow process 4. Violates batho pele in all dimensions 5. Unreliable supply of crutial information to support long over due waiting members. 6. Doesnt invest on technology to fast track their processes (who still uses manual applications on their systems thus day in age and their app looks like a first time inversion of mxit app-less communicative and lacks updates and progress on everything aspect). 7. Put themselves first and not their customers. This lead me in to doubting the capability of managing of our finances. Even you claim for a funeral, the money is paid out after a month or two which doesnt serve a purpose for any funeral claim. 60 days doesnt serve as emergency in my understanding so this is a simple sign that this company need a competition since its d only one handling state employees funds (other companies paid out their clients in less than two weeks and we have to wait for 60 days) , if i had a choice i was going to move all my funds to another company which was going to put me first and be reliable to me😭😭😭 We are scared dont even know if our monies are still there or not

STATEMENTS
this collection firm is now collecting money from my account but yet i dnt receive statements and when i call to ask how much am i owing all they did was to tell me an amount i dnt know of. i have called a couple of times asking for the statements and what they do is to give empty promises everyday

paid up letter
i have paid my account according to the arrangement we have made and its almost 3 months now and requested for a paid up letter and all they give is a run around and everyday you call you will get a new story from their consultants. I wonder if one day they will give me that letter as it is the last puzzle to my financial freedom and these guys are standing on my way
