Dealing with Vodacom’s SIM swap process has been a nightmare. After losing my SIM a week ago, I’ve visited two stores, contacted customer care, and even tried their “TOBY AI”—all without help. The security questions are impossible to remember because some of the answers are outdated. Staff end up filling them out for you, making the process pointless and insecure. Why is it called a security question, then? I’m deeply disappointed and wouldn’t recommend Vodacom because of their poor after-sales service.
Clientele’s persistent spam calls despite my clear request to be removed from their list demonstrate a blatant disrespect for privacy and ethical marketing, leading me to strongly advise against purchasing any of their products.
Vodacom has probably some of the worst client aftersales service. There operators are unprofessional and rude. Some of them just hang up if the problem is complicated. I report this on Hallo Peter, because if you raise issues with Vodacom rarely solve complicated issues. With out my permission Vodacom just changed access to my loaded numbers omn my VodaPay profile with out explaination.
King Price is not very respectful towards a client's decision when you request to cancel your insurance. I asked King Price to cancel my insurance with King Price immediately, but they kept harassing me until I continued with their insurance. The debit order was declined due to insufficient funds. I am unemployed and cannot afford insurance. I am very disappointed that King Price put a Registered Mandate on my account. This is very disrespectful. We did not agree on this. I want a reimbur*****t of the money as soon as possible. I warn the public against King Price insurance
My opinion is that King Price has a very friendly and professional staff. I dealt with Thabani Sambo. He was very interactive during the whole process from gathering information, explaining the insurance policy and sealing the deal. Dealing with most of the other insurance companies was speaking to a robot. He is really great. With this kind of service I received, I am definitely interested in the other products of King Price
I am extremely impressed with the new look and packaging of Genologix. They moved from plastic to blue glass containers. This is a major plus for me personally and for the environment. Since I started to become aware of the micro-plastic problem in the world, I defiantly support companies who change their packaging to eco-friendly containers. The micro-plastics can end-up in your body while you are consuming the supplements previously packed in plastic containers. The price can be a lit bit higher, but I know the product in the glass is safer than the product in the plastic container. To the public consumers, I recommend supplements from Geologix for two reasons: #1 The Quality and purity of their products are of supreme quality. #2 The color of the glass bottles is blue to block out harmful UV rays. This means the integrity and quality of their product is kept. #3 Genologix supply their products in planet sustainable containers (glass).
I have ordered various of their packages. It is worth the money. The portions are good, the food is fresh and well-balanced as a salesperson, who is working "funny" hours. Plated Convenience saves me time and money, by providing me with ready-made meals. I will certainly recommend them to people who have a on-the-go lifestyle.
This is the Bank with the worse security systems. It took me an hour to pay my accounts. They give you only 60seconds to react on a transaction. Discovery Bank force you to you a new facility which I do not like. Thus, Discovery Bank do not respect any client preferences. I want to warn the public. New customers, please do not open Discovery Bank accounts. For existing customers please change you bank.
Vodacom customer service is awful. We pay incredibly unreasonable prices for using their service. Thus, for the high price, I expected good customer care support. When you dial customer care you are given a menu to select your preferred language. I selected number 4 which assists you in Afrikaans. The first operator could not speak Afrikaans. The second operator speaks English, and I can speak Afrikaans. This is unacceptable. I want communication in Afrikaans. After I waited for more than 2 minutes, I received assistance in the language I selected. The operator spoke Afrikaans and I received exceptionally good service from MELCOME. I hope Vodacom gives him a proper financial reward. If Vodacom cannot assist in Afrikaans, they must remove the option. If they remove the option, then this is proof, they discriminate against our multi-lingual country. The second complaint is that I made a promise to pay but the operator did not log it. Since then, I have received calls to pay my account. The first operator did not do her job properly. Why do we have to pay for this awful service from customer care?
Since the beginning of this year, I stayed frequently at the Road Load in Rustenburg. The food is of good quality. The cleanliness is very good. The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. So far, I experienced the friendliest atmosphere at the Hotel on 27 July. I want to use this opportunity to say thanks to the following staff members who was on duty that specific evening. My waiter who I always request is Tebogo Tlhage, due to her good manner in handling customers. The two chefs, John Modise and Edith Masimong, prepare meals with great taste and prestation. The food is always of a good quality. At reception was Bafana Mabena. All the reception personnel are extremely helpful and friendly. Road Lodge Rustenburg is now preferred hotel to stay when I do business.
