If there is a way to give no stars, this is it! I thought I bought a puppy but is a total ****. Stay away!!!! Tel number given to me is 0634406912. Even sent me photos and videos of puppy. BUT IT IS A ****!! Lost my 50% payment and learned a lesson.

Charged but no delivery!
On 15 November my husband ordered 6 bottles Jameson to be delivered. An amount of R2264.94 was deducted from his account to include delivery and a drivers tip. After three unanswered emails and many calls he now ascertained that the product was not available at time of ordering. It was never delivered and apparently a reduced amount of R2219.94 is available on a wallet without informing him. They are therefor retaining the amount for delivery and the drivers tip! Will never again order at PnP ASAP!

Do not order online at Makro
Ordered on line on 4 December. After a frustrating call to their call centre, I have ascertained that delivery will only be on 13 December earliest! Had I known that, I would have gone straight to their outlet or ordered at Pick n Pay!!
