Fynbos Lifestyle Estate (Balwin Propwrties) and Training Science Living Nightmare
I had been a resident at Fynbos Estate for more than a year and had been enjoying my stay there. To my disgust , a staff member , Marvin had been working on the premises but to no ones knowledge had been stalking , threatening and even went as far as to **** a 22 yr old resident. He would wait till the loadahedding kicks in and then scale the balcony of her apartment and.force himself in and onto her..This had been going on for weeks and the worst part is that the estate manager is his own words told me "im not his boss and im not here to sort out relationship issues or take care of anyone" when i had reported the abuse to him. The story gets worse she i find out that members of fynbos staff and training science staff had been aiding this criminal into not getting caught by telling the 22year old girl that he no longer works there , when he actually was still employed there. Plus the staff giving out the 22year old girls private information as well as the information of her family. No justice apart from a self obtained restraining order has been served. This had been the most disgusting ordeal I've had to sit through and still to this day , the 22year old , myself and her family are being threatened and ridiculed online by this loser. Fynbos Lifestyle estate Sandown and Training Science has NOT done ANYTHING to tale action on this situation as of yet. All that had been received was a lowsy "sorry" You should be HIGHLY ashamed. If it were your own family or child at such high risk and being abused like that , im CERTAIN that there would have been justice served.

WORST RENTAL AGENT AND AGENCY IN SA!!!!
You people don't even deserve 1 star honestly. ABSOLUTE worst service, staff and location to rent from. The property you rent, breaks... Then when you call them out to fix it... They ignore you and make empty promises of fixing it but still want to charge you and take it from your deposit. I would ESPECIALLY like to thank Jorina Van Heerden for fvcking us around when it came to inspecting and handling deposits. She is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL and UNORTHODOXED woman in this industry. Lady, you have no idea who I am yet you speak to me as if I'm "just some colored boy" This lady had treated myself and my own mother like commoners to say the least. Showed us no respect and forces situations where she is wrong. If you're reading this, PLEASE DO NOT rent or make use of any services from these crooks. They are absolute **** and will waste your time and money. I did NOT enjoy my experience with this agency and especially Jorina, one of the agents that work there. She didn't even bother to get my name right EVERY SINGLE TIME we spoke. Wake up absolute property!!! You have not ONE single good review. Assess your staff and service that you render and work from there...... One business owner to another 👍
