If there was an option to give this company 0stars I would do it gladly but sadly, I’ll have settle for 1. First this company is extremely unprofessional. We took our car to them in December hoping it’ll get fixed, but we were told that they would be going on a festive holiday, which we understood. Now come January, nothing is done to the car even though the Insurance has been waiting for their claim and fault report. When called for updates, the staff is just unprofessional and do not provide accurate information to us. If we didn’t physically go to the place, they would’ve never sent a claim to the insurance company. Now they are being charged R5k to open and R5k to close the car which is ridiculous on itself but we want the car back desperately so we didn’t mind paying this. Now we’re being told that the entire engine repair is going to cost R90k, 90 thousand for an engine that doesn’t even cost more than R20k? Are you kidding me? If there was ever a time to look into a company’s books, I think this would be one to start with because these costs DO NOT MAKE SENSE. I’m so disgusted by the service, this in not how you treat people as a business. This car is very essential. Imagine not having a car for 3 months going to 4 when we live in such an isolated area. WE NEED THE CAR Back or we will have no choice but to involve the law on this! 😡😡😡
Pathetic company! They sell fake clothes from big brands like Lacoste, Adidas, Nike etc… and charge you exuberant amounts of money for it as if it’s an original. The account is a scam. Do Not buy from this shop because you will surely regret it.
This is the second time reviewing this company. The first time I was very upset with their customer service because of waiting for feedback for three weeks. I’m back to reviewing this company again and I can honestly say that the way my issue was dealt with after was amazing. The staff showed care and professionalism while also keeping me updated on what was happening with the car. I would like to thank Mark and Jacques from the Brackenfell branch. They know the meaning of customer service and putting your customers first. They were always on top of things and they made sure that our car is fixed and good to go. I couldn’t be more happier. Pathetic company! We bought a car and after a week, it broke down. This was supposedly “a brand new car”. We logged a complaint as this car is supposed to have a warranty but the customer service really sucks. We are still waiting for them to get back to us till this day. They don’t communicate and they lack people skills. I would advise future customers to never buy nor sell anything to this company.
