The Galaxy & Co - no accountability!!!

I ordered a "3D Moon Lamp" from Galaxy & Co, it wasn't what they advertised, I received in a sealed plastic from The Courier Guy. When I opened the plastic the box was open and the box was in an apporling state, the lamp doesn't work unless it is charging, there isn't an on or off button as per their adverti*****t, their responses is sorry you dissatisfied, and send me a copy of their return policy, they take no pride in their product or name What ever happened to your word is your honor! Now I must forfeit the shipping fee, and pay to courier it back to them!!!!. Utterly disgusted.
