Worst service ever, you have to wait for days for a token number
Buying electricity is a nightmare. Even if you follow the exact steps. Some times waiting up to two days for a token number, after you did a instant eft, emailed the proof of payment. We had to close our business doors today as the failed to send a token again. This is now the fifth time it happend.
Good morning I am busy helping my father in law to cancel two of his vodacom contracts. He is a pensioner and cant afford these high fees anymore. We contacted cancellations, but now it seems they made a mess up of this contract. We went to mall@carnival vodacom, but they cant help us. Now it seems vodacom is a virtual shop somewhere in the air, that you have to phone and speak to incompetent agents, that seem they cant understand English. He also told the agent who upgraded him over the phone, he doesnt want to upgrade, but he insisted.
