Loose fitting door and poor customer service

I have never seen such unprofessionalism from a service provider!!! Poor workmanship at its best. The installed security gate is not steady and wobbles when nudged. When I called to report the agent Jacques came by and agreed that the door isn't up to standard and that he will take it up with his manager. Thereafter, my calls were ignored, I received no feedback. When I finally managed to get hold of Jacques he told me the manager says that's how the door is supposed to be. Mind you, the manager has not even seen the door. After threatening to expose them the so called manager calls and claims he didn't know there was an issue, he'll call me after talking to Jacques. Again, I was the one who had to struggle to get feedback, but got no assistance whatsoever because the manager once again concluded that the door is ok without having inspected the door!!! I had hoped as a company that operates in the security industry my safety would be prioritized but clearly I'm dealing with scammers!!!!
