I am very disappointed and angry with the services of Multisim Krugersdorp , two weeks ago we bought a new decoder and they came to install it but the technician did an incompetent job and our satellite lost signal after the installation and all four of our decoders were not working, then called them last Friday and they said that they were going to come on Monday and they did come and touched here and there and confirmed that the previous technician didn't do a good job, after leaving our satellite started having the same problem and we called them again and said they will be here tomorrow but they didn't show up. On Wednesday we called again and spoke to the technician he said he will come tomorrow (Thursday ) at 9:30am and he was no show again. We called the company and spoke to Ntsiki the call operator asking where is the technician and to our surprise all technicians went to training 🙄, as angry as I was I was transfered to their team leader which is Kea who promised me that they were going to send a senior technician to come fix the problem, but no one came, when my daughter called them on Friday spoke to Ntsiki she said that their vehicle broke down they can't send anyone. Then I called them in rage and spoke to their Manager Bronwin who said that all technicians went to training and they can't send anyone. Now I'm questioning myself if this is the service the give to everyone or is this the service the give to us black people (Black on black service) because even their stories/excuses don't match up. Fine I agree with Bronwin for them to come on Saturday at 9am because I have a family matter to attend to, guess what its 10am and the are no show, when we call them Ntsiki is saying they are still in Joburg and they will be here when they could. Then frustrated I called Ntsiki asking to speak to Bronwin and she said she went to the bathroom, frustrated as I was I asked Ntsiki what kind of business are they running because I changed all my plans for them and now they are telling me this, then she hang up on me😮 when I call again they are placing me on hold and no one is answering my phone. I very frustrated with these company and I want everyone to know how they treat their costomers.
