Poorest Customer Service ever! This company was suppose to come and install a DSTV Exploar purchased on a contract from OnAir. They don't follow up. They make appointments to come and install and it just never happens. I've complained several times with Multisim and OnAir and nothing happened! Basically sitting with a device which I am going to paay for every month and I am unable to use it. Please do not purchase from OnAir as their installers are not trustworthy and neither are they!

I am very disappointed and angry with the services of Multisim Krugersdorp , two weeks ago we bought a new decoder and they came to install it but the technician did an incompetent job and our satellite lost signal after the installation and all four of our decoders were not working, then called them last Friday and they said that they were going to come on Monday and they did come and touched here and there and confirmed that the previous technician didn't do a good job, after leaving our satellite started having the same problem and we called them again and said they will be here tomorrow but they didn't show up. On Wednesday we called again and spoke to the technician he said he will come tomorrow (Thursday ) at 9:30am and he was no show again. We called the company and spoke to Ntsiki the call operator asking where is the technician and to our surprise all technicians went to training 🙄, as angry as I was I was transfered to their team leader which is Kea who promised me that they were going to send a senior technician to come fix the problem, but no one came, when my daughter called them on Friday spoke to Ntsiki she said that their vehicle broke down they can't send anyone. Then I called them in rage and spoke to their Manager Bronwin who said that all technicians went to training and they can't send anyone. Now I'm questioning myself if this is the service the give to everyone or is this the service the give to us black people (Black on black service) because even their stories/excuses don't match up. Fine I agree with Bronwin for them to come on Saturday at 9am because I have a family matter to attend to, guess what its 10am and the are no show, when we call them Ntsiki is saying they are still in Joburg and they will be here when they could. Then frustrated I called Ntsiki asking to speak to Bronwin and she said she went to the bathroom, frustrated as I was I asked Ntsiki what kind of business are they running because I changed all my plans for them and now they are telling me this, then she hang up on me😮 when I call again they are placing me on hold and no one is answering my phone. I very frustrated with these company and I want everyone to know how they treat their costomers.

Very disgusting service I have been waiting for installation from multisim, and no one called I waited and waited but dololo. I don't know why they do business with if they don't know how to do their job properly. I am Still waiting for my Installations

An installer was assigned to come to me on saturday the 15th no one called no one pitched,i called them monday the 24th they said they will get back to me,no one did the whole week passed,i called saturday the 29th they said somene will come monday 9:30 no one pitched no one called,il called them at 11:00 they said they will get back to me,eventually someone did they said the guy got stuck so he will come today 9:30 its now 11:05 no one is here no one is calling.

I MADE A BOOKING ON THURSDAY 06/12/2018 WITH THULILE FOR SATURDAY MORNING FIRST THING I THAN CALLED THEM ON SATURDAY @ ABOUT 09H00 AND SPOKE TO SHANNON WHO PROMISED TO CALL BACK WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN, I THAN CALLED BACK AGAIN AT 09H45 AND WAS PROMISED THE INSTALLERS WOULD BE THERE AT 13H00. AT 14H30 I CALLED AGAIN AND COULD NOT GET THROUGH TO THEM, THE CALL WAS CUT A COUPLE OF TIMES. I THAN CALLED DSTV AND WAS REFFERED TO ANOTHER INSTALLER WHO DID THE CALL OUT IN +-45 MINUTES.

Subscribed to On Air for Explora 2. They instructed Mulisim to do the Job. They did not do the job properly and had to phone constantly to come back. When they came back they damaged the electrica wires. I had to get an electrican to fix the wires which cost me R1500.00 I spoke to the manager Mike and he was going to send an electrician to inspect. To this day he has send an electrician, I contacted On Air as they contracted out their work to Mutisim and nothing was done about it.

We called Mulitisim Installations on Friday the 1st Dec 2017 to come out today Monday 4th Dec 2017 4pm we are still waiting 18:30 for there technician to come and install in kloofendal as we called numerous times and was informed that the technician is running late.
