I have been having problems connecting to my work VPN. I contacted Vodacom Fibre several times. Eventually, I was told to renew my Fibre contract with them as they would then issue me with a new router as well. The replacement of the old router would probably resolve the VPN issue. I did renew the contract, and they promised me a new router. I called back just to hear that the contract was renewed, but the order for the router was never placed! I am furious as I work from home, and now the problem is even going to persist for longer! This was a problem on Vodacom's side. Why not prioritize delivering and installing the router? I will definitely not renew my fiber contract with Vodacom in the future if this is the poor service that a lifelong client receives after spending hours on the phone to get the VPN connection sorted.
I booked an overnight stay for 2 adults and 1 child at Towerbay on Booking.com. I had to cancel it as the Dr ordered tests to be done immediately. I informed both Booking.com and Towerbay after Booking.com gave a contact nr. The guy answering the phone didn't even know what place I was referring too. I sent a WhatsApp and he promised that the Manager would attend to this. Needless to say - it never happened. Lost the total amount. Upon looking up the address the environment did not match the photos placed on Booking.com. It looked like a run down apartment complex and there were no sign of how they would have managed to include breakfast. I believe this Towerbay was not vetted by Booking.com which is totally unacceptable as peopke rely on Booking.com to offer legitimate overnight stay as promised on their website. We tried to complain on Booking.com website and the complaint was rejected every time!
Advertised on Booking.com as bed and breakfast. Tried to cancel stay as the Dr ordered me to have medical examination done. Tried calling and WhatsApp- never got any refund. When one googles the address it looks like an apartment complex with no breakfast facilities in a very ***** area in Durban. Please don't book at Towerbay.
I ordered a motor vehicle licence disk renewal and the courier assigned was Skynet. Took a week before I got a message which said the parcel was out for delivery. Waited all day and nothing arrived. Called in between 7h00 and 7h45 the following morning with no answer. Eventually someone took the call and said the driver was late and the parcel was returned to them and would be delivered today. Got a message again that it's out for delivery. It's 18h30 in the evening and still nothing waz delivered. In the meantime I am driving with an expired licence disk. Totally unacceptable, they don't even bother to communicate from their side and I would expect that they would make delivery a priority if the cutoff was missed before. This is the Germiston set off point.
Poorest Customer Service ever! This company was suppose to come and install a DSTV Exploar purchased on a contract from OnAir. They don't follow up. They make appointments to come and install and it just never happens. I've complained several times with Multisim and OnAir and nothing happened! Basically sitting with a device which I am going to paay for every month and I am unable to use it. Please do not purchase from OnAir as their installers are not trustworthy and neither are they!
OnAir DSTV Explora Pathetic Service! Totally disgusted with their customer Service and Multisim which they have allocated as the Installer. The Installer does not pitch at the agreed times, yhey don't follow up, they don't call back. I've been sitting with the Explora and cannot use it as it hasn't been installed which is part of the contract. At the point now where I want to return the thing and go and buy my own and get my own installer! Have been promised another installer would be allocated and that's all it is - promises. I am furious as it's a waste of my time and money!
Ordered Vodacom Fibre months ago. They delivered the router months ago. Fibre lines have been laid by Telkom. Called Vodacom. Every time they give reference nr and say if you don't get feedback within 48 hours, call again! Unacceptable. I want them to collect the rooter, cancel the request so that I can get Telkom's Fibre.
Ordered clothes for my grandson early May. Paid R1300. Never received any communication from this lady or a tracking number. Facebook page now states that it's under new management. A Facebook page has even been created that this lady is scamming people and the page has got hundreds of followers, yet she is still advertising on her Facebook page. She needs to be taken to the Small Claims court.
Extremely poor customer service. Have been there twice, only 2 cashiers who is on slow strike and no one is interested in assisting when questions are asked about products. About 30 people standing doing absolutely 9
I've attempted to get hold of someone that I have an appointment with at ABSA ****arney Mall today in order to camcel my appointment and the guy at the swithboard keeps dropping my call. Have been holding on for more than 10minutes and his just not answering the call. Bad attitude!
