Booking.com, the biggest ****
Booking.com has ****med me of my money. The properties listed on booking.com don't exit. I looked for a guesthouse on Booking.com and paid the full price via Booking.com but upon arrival to the property to check in, the property said that they are not a guesthouse. I have tried numerous times to contact Booking.com, I have spoken 2 agents but none of them have helped. I was promised to receive my refund in 14 days but it's gonna be 2 months now without my refund, even after being promised I would receive my money back. I guess Booking.com is one of those American companies here to take advantage of good Africans. How can you let a property be listed on your platform without proper verification, clearly Booking.com it's a ****.

Towerbay Disappointment
Advertised on Booking.com as bed and breakfast. Tried to cancel stay as the Dr ordered me to have medical examination done. Tried calling and WhatsApp- never got any refund. When one googles the address it looks like an apartment complex with no breakfast facilities in a very ***** area in Durban. Please don't book at Towerbay.
