I had this policy for over 2 years. I registered for a claim on the 20 October 2017. They asked me to get quotes and send photographs. After they have received it all they declined it as it was more than R2500.00 . I then got another quote for R2500.00 and they declined it again. These people dont to good on thier promises when the sell the policies to you. I thought it was a big company and I would not have this problem, bur was fooled. I have sinced cancelled the policy. When I called in to cancell the policy they did it without asking why.
Subscribed to On Air for Explora 2. They instructed Mulisim to do the Job. They did not do the job properly and had to phone constantly to come back. When they came back they damaged the electrica wires. I had to get an electrican to fix the wires which cost me R1500.00 I spoke to the manager Mike and he was going to send an electrician to inspect. To this day he has send an electrician, I contacted On Air as they contracted out their work to Mutisim and nothing was done about it.
