She maintained regular contact throughout the whole process and even made contact on more than one occasion after the sale to ensure satisfaction with my purchase. keep up the good work.
Good morning. I hereby wish to complain / review Blake Associates and Edgars. I have stopped paying further money on my Edgars account some time back. The reason being that Edgars did not provide me with detailed account statements as required in terms of the Credit Act and therefore are in bridge of contract. I have tried to obtain the account statements from Edgars but no store can or may provide it. Edgars then gave my debt / account, that I cannot confirm if there is any debt, over to Blake Associates for debt collection. I have since been harassed with numerous telephone calls and e-mails / messages although I have requested detailed information on the standing of the account on several occasions. At some stage I was called by a so-called manager to no avail. It seems now that I must approach the Tribunal to obtain this information. In the meantime, I am sure that Blake and Associates are piling up administration cost through the numerous telephone calls and I am not sure if their conduct is not in contravention of the National Credit Act. I am just wondering how many people are in the same position. I have reverted to a review on HelloPeter as it seems that they do reply to these negative reviews in public rather than address the peoples concerns and legitimate requests.
